While these cyclists were riding down a bike park, they decided to stop at a bridge to take a few seconds to get a view of the scenery, but were quickly interrupted by a disgruntled man. One of the cyclists threw down the bike, attempting to diffuse the situation and continued backing away from the agitated man. The man then picked up the bike and tossed it over the rope railing. He then taunted them with aggressive gestures and name calling, trying to provoke a fight. The teens backed away, asking the man to specify what they’ve done wrong in an attempt to calm the situation, but he continued to escalate the confrontation, accusing them of cursing at him. The man turned to leave, but then suddenly cursed and charged at the cyclist again, attacking one of them. The cyclist initially fought back, cursing at him, but quickly backed off, possibly fearing the man might pull out a weapon, and started immediately apologizing. The man started yelling in the cyclist’s face, threatening to throw him in the river, too, and the cyclist apologized profusely. this is taken a bit out of context. The man who bumped into them apologized, and only crashed out after one of the kids apparently called him a b****. But the man still had no reason to try to attack them and throw the bike into the river and should definitely be charged.
