Use dogs, like military dogs, not police, the police are too afraid of backlash. Pretty sure most of the thieves have a foul odor to them that the dogs can pick up. Leave them at the exits, no need to run them down, from what I’ve seen, you have to be mommy to most of them, picking things up they grow on the ground to run away. The dogs would be standing by with a reverse greeter, and he or she, could ask for receipt. You must have corrupt management, because they are not treating you right. Anyway, you are working way too hard!
