MCAS Iwakuni Seawall With GoPro13

What’s up, J? Andreas here at the Seaw wall. So, you just need you don’t need a bike insurance. It’s only for like on base stuff. So, you only have to register the bike and pretty much going to get that we got that done. And yeah, I’m just going to show you all like this is the seaw wall. This is probably the only area you can actually take a video of because it’s just a seaw wall. And yeah, I’m just going to put as I’m going to go around the seaw wall on the bike to show y’all. I don’t have a mount for this. Oh, I should go should have bought one. I’m go buy a mount. Should I? Nah. No. I don’t know. This looks like I shouldn’t, but whatever. All right, let’s go. So yeah, this this seaw wall is about kind of looks like maybe like a mile 3 miles from the end towards the Yeah, towards the end. I think it’s base is like 4 miles long. I don’t know. Use Google Maps. But yeah, can’t be leaving Japan right now. doesn’t feel real yet. I mean, I I mean, I can’t even stop base yet, but I got this view right here. Not many can like do and stuff, but yeah. right now. I’m at a 96. So that means I have 4 days off from work and stuff. So, I’m using it to like on Friday. So, I I plan on like going to the gym, right? This is part of the video. Going to go to should be diving over there. I’m going pass by it. I’m just biking around. Oh, this is where we do our um BFT, by the way. So, this whole like distance. Yeah, it should be like three miles back and forth which used for the PFT in this space in Wukuni. And that should be the gym. Should be the gym right there. It look it is much bigger than the ones. It’s the bigger bigger gym. Oh yeah. So right now is like is it’s just literally surrounded by islands. It’s part of central Japan but it’s also part of uh it’s also next to the others like islands. Yeah. Damn, son. That seat’s uncomfortable as [ __ ] man. Been riding that bike for like the past [ __ ] hours, man. Yep. After this, we’ll go hit a full workout. It’s a good day. Hopefully, I hit some PRs. try to do 50 lbs each on the shoulder press or the Yeah, shoulder press. And um yeah, no fumes today. So, the reason why I’m tired is because in the morning I did the same thing that I’m doing right now. I went on a bike run. Oh, bike. Well, just went biking do like see the seaw wall and [ __ ] and just forgot to brag my camera. I was also doing other [ __ ] at the same time. Yeah. Not sure if I want to go biking off of uh off base, but I’ll see what I’ll do cuz you I need insurance and that’s another thing. And I have to pay some [ __ ] That’s kind of annoying. So, right now I’m sitting on base. I’m just going to chill. I don’t think there’s many groups of like cyclists here. So, I don’t think any of my friends are kind of cyclists that go around. you know, probably just take the train the train stations was really good. The community here is really good. Well, of course, it’s everything is in Japanese, so it’s it’s going to be hard getting by in the first freaking week. But yeah, this is probably the only legal part. I’m I’m not able to film just a seaw wall maybe that base over there. But yeah, This is the gear setting that I have right Now, I’m not in a good pace, but probably I should put on a good pace. There we go. This is probably my pace right now because it really hurts when I’m freaking sitting on this [ __ ] bike. It’s because recently I got a heat rash. That shit’s annoying as [ __ ] We’re standing too long in the [ __ ] humid weather here. Yeah. Probably should stand up though, but I No, I don’t know. I want to keep splitty. Yeah. So, after this, I’m going to go hit my workout today. There’s the end of the workout week of my training. Next week, same [ __ ] But Saturdays and Sundays, I’m stay off and start on Monday. I’m now uh 180 so far. I’m 180 in uh my weight. Oh [ __ ] [ __ ] dropped something. Well, whatever. Look around. You see it? Have a little microphone thingy. Yeah, this is really uncomfortable. The underwear is not helping me right now. Plus, I haven’t done cardio since forever. All I’ve been doing is just deadlifts and and freaking a lot of uh squats. A lot of squats. Not sure what this is. I know it’s probably mostly the sky watch. Probably keeping watching the skies, you know. Yeah, it’s pretty much the only legal part of my little film on on this space, you know. It’s like kind of close to where the flight line is. I want to show anything more so I don’t get [ __ ] cancelled. And um yeah, almost there’ll end it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, one I’m finished. I’m going to be at the gym. Just to show y’all to do my workout and then go back home and chill. Wait right there. It’s good. And yeah, I think that’s pretty much all I’m allowed to show y’all. Well, I haven’t seen any posters yet of no filming, so that’s good. It’s like I’m still on legal grounds. probably put in better gear cuz I’m not like the thing that it’s making me mostly uncomfortable. This is the sitting of this bike. It’s really uncomfortable and you know my groin. Yeah, not good. I’m just going to put a beer here. There you go. See, now I’m going faster because all I’m doing is just doing short strides and then let it go. So, I don’t want it hitting my [ __ ] ass all the time. That [ __ ] hurts. My balls, too. It’s not good for your balls. All right, I think we’ve reached the end.
