・サイクリング屋久島とは・

ユネスコの世界自然遺産に登録されている屋久島には、推定樹齢7000年以上の縄文杉など、貴重な自然がいっぱい。エコな乗り物”自転車”に乗って、屋久島の大自然を体感してもらうイベントです。島を一周する約100キロのコースはタイムを競うものではありません。地元の人たちの声援を受けながら、あなたのペースで、屋久島の風を感じてください。また、気軽に参加できるショートコースの部（50キロ）やファミリーの部（20キロ）も設定されています。前日17日（土）に、白谷雲水峡を目指す　屋久島ヒルクライム　も実施します！

・What is Cycling Yakushima・

Yakushima, which is registered as a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, is full of precious nature, such as Jomon cedars, which are estimated to be more than 7,000 years old. This is an event where you can ride an eco-friendly bicycle and experience the great nature of Yakushima. The 100-kilometer course around the island is not a time competition. Feel the breeze of Yakushima at your own pace while being cheered on by the locals. There is also a short course (50 km) and a family (20 km) that you can easily participate in. The day before, on Saturday the 17th, we will also hold the “Yakushima Hill Climb” aiming for the Shiratani Unsui Gorge!
