暑い日が続く中、何年もしていなかった海水浴をふとしたくなり、海で体を冷やせたらということで西伊豆に急行。お宿に荷物を置いたら、海パンをはき、自転車をこいで海水浴場まで。満足するまで遊んで体をしっかりクールダウンさせてからお宿に戻り、お風呂に入ったら、夕食の時間。伊勢海老が乗った豪華な刺し盛りの他、アワビ、煮付け、かつおの心臓や卵など、なかなか食べられない海の幸が盛りだくさん。西伊豆の食を心ゆくまで味わうことができました。
