2023/12/24 福島県いわき市 夏井川サイクリング公園で開催された東北シクロクロス2023-24 Rd3 いわきラウンドのMM50-60クラスの様子です。珍しくスタートを決めたものの、前日の暴食が祟ってか一気に息切れ。面白いように抜かれまくる不摂生な爺のひどい走りを、自省の意味を込めて世に晒します。
