公路車新手挑戰2024 TWB 一日北高by insta360 X3|台北騎到高雄|賽前準備策略/訓練計畫|完賽感想(with CC)

Please turn on CC. We are ready to go. There are so many people. Hi~~ I am the nanny , but I will be leaving soon. The nanny does not want to join. The starting point is always Liao Tianding Temple . Come on, come on . Let’s start. Everyone seems to be full of grease at the beginning and rushes very fast, but I decided to warm up and take it slowly . This is Taoyuan, right? I passed Yongan Fishing Port, but I didn’t stop. I heard there are a lot of people. Go Go! Go and test the 360 night shooting ability, but it’s a bit early. I should not be able to see anything. We are almost in Hsinchu here. We just passed Yongan Fishing Port and rode about 50 kilometers. After one hour and 34 minutes, GO GO! Oh, we arrived in Xinfeng. There are so many nanny cars, but I am pitiful that there is no nanny car. The first checkpoint is Hsinchu Xiangshan Station . Miaoli has arrived, and we will climb the only big slope Houlongpo later. Start climbing! Climb up Houlongpo!!! After passing this, you can slide down a long section and then go to my first booked rest point, Baishatun. Now I am in Baishatun, about 100 kilometers. After passing Baishatun, there are still 254 kilometers left after 104 kilometers . After 4 hours, we passed Baishatun. There were suddenly fewer people and they were scattered. But there were suddenly fewer cars along the way . Otherwise, there were really too many cars just now . I really saw at least 3 car accidents along the way . Fortunately, I was fine. And someone had a flat tire next to me. Okay, GO GO! It was 3 o’clock in the middle of the night and we arrived in Taichung . It was quite fast. It was great. Others had nanny cars in Taichung. There were so many traffic lights in Taichung. It was so annoying . This is the free water replenishment in Taichung. I was moved and I supported them. Wheels Kaish wheels Kaish wheels KAISH. No problem. Like . Is this Changhua? I don’t know what others just said. This is Changhua. There are fewer and fewer cars. I’m afraid that there will be no cars to follow and then I will get lost. We should be almost at the second checkpoint. We will go to Wang Gong Temple in Changhua later. Anyway, just follow this group of people. Is there any food here? Keep to the right? I mean, is there any food? Is there any food? There are hot food next to the shed next to the toilet. Oh Yes! Here, let’s go to the water station to eat something hot. There is hot porridge in the palace temple. I just ate two bowls. It’s dawn . It’s finally over. 188 is halfway through. The second half starts. Then it starts to get light at six o’clock. There is still half. Go go! The train that I just followed smoothly is gone . Let’s wait and see if there is a train with a similar speed . Someone can break the wind. It’s still relatively easy. Look at the sunrise on the left. It’s super beautiful. 200 kilometers and there are still 160 (KM) (I overtook many cars in a row). This seems to be Dongshi. It should be Chiayi. It’s 226 kilometers. 16 hours. Did I say it wrong? 16 minutes. 9 hours and 16 minutes. Wow, I’m so tired and incoherent. X 233 kilometers left, the last 130 is almost 10 hours. It’s 8 o’clock in the morning . My whole body is sore, my neck is sore, my hands, feet, and waist are sore. This is really enough to play once. I arrived at Dongshi, and then there are 110 kilometers left of 250 kilometers. Damn, it’s really tiring. I just ran to eat egg pancakes because I felt that my whole body was about to cramp, even the soles of my feet were almost unable to bear it. I was so tired. Then I planned to take it slowly for the last 100 kilometers. Don’t follow any trains or compete for an average speed of 30-40. This is OK
. The last 100 kilometers are going to rush! This is (Chiayi). The Budai wind is very strong. There are very few cars on the road . That’s it. The longer you leave the race, the more cars there are. There are not many cars. The road is too bad. Finally, I arrived in Tainan. You all know that Tainan is very long, so there are about 80 kilometers left. It ‘s really tiring later. It may be okay until Yunlin. Later, I was so tired that I exploded and my whole body was sore. I hope I can finish the race within the target 16 hours (at least faster than dodomen!) I have arrived at the last check point in Tainan . There are food. The toilet is on the left side of the temple. I have arrived in Tainan. The last checkpoint point This person was so tired that he lay on the ground and fell asleep. Then there were free drinks and snacks. Dear audience, we have reached 300 kilometers , and there are still the last 60 kilometers. I think it will take 2 and a half hours to go at the current speed. This is really too slow. Then there are traffic lights, and I have no strength left. I can really feel the traffic light hell in Tainan. Everyone’s cream is almost burned out and they have no strength left. No one really keeps rushing like they did in Miaoli. It is almost 12 noon now. I am so tired . The real traffic light hell in Tainan. They will stop at every traffic light and have to start again. It is so painful. We just passed the Golden Coast of Tainan , and then 318 kilometers passed the downtown area of Tainan. Uh , finally there are fewer traffic lights, otherwise it would be really devastating. See? Kaohsiung , but there are still 40 kilometers, the last mile, 330 kilometers , the last 30K. Kaohsiung is so hot, and the last 15 kilometers are also so long because there are so many traffic lights in Kaohsiung. It is finally over. This is a nightmare . It is so cruel. I will never participate again. It is so scary. The last, last, last two kilometers, turn right at Beigao and go straight at Shuangta. X! Finally it’s over . It’s over . I’m over. Rookie, keep right. Senior, keep left . Rookie, let me confirm your name so I can wrap it up for you . I’m touched! Finished in 15 hours and 46 minutes! Back to 11 in 2023 I just finished the Taipei Marathon and Half Marathon in December, and I’m thinking about completing it next year. I signed up for the Taipei High School Marathon on the 1st even though I haven’t bought a bike yet. Then I immediately started looking for a bike online and bought a second-hand road bike. I started practicing sporadically because I didn’t have many cycling friends. I had originally found a nanny car for six or seven people , but gradually, everyone on my side was ready to withdraw from the competition. Until July and August, I would ride 50 kilometers on weekends when I was free , and ride indoors once or twice during the week. From September and October, I started riding 100 kilometers on weekends twice a weekday, and riding outdoors or on the training platform for about two hours. Until the race on November 2, my friends were very helpful and found a few cycling friends who were willing to ride and share a nanny car with me. Everything was ready except for the northeast wind. A typhoon came and the race was postponed. Fortunately, it was postponed to November 22nd because I was only free this weekend until the end of the year , but unfortunately, no one else could participate. Of course, there was no nanny car, which meant that I had to carry everything with me. I had to find a way to put my windbreaker on me when it got hot. I could only bring goggles for night time and couldn’t bring an extra pair of sunglasses for day time . I had to carry a bunch of heavy pectin supplies, spare inner tubes, and electric air pumps. I had to bring everything. Later, when I got hungry, I had to queue up at the convenience store. The race was postponed, and I was the only one to run it alone . There was no nanny car. After that, I felt a little stressed. I dreamed more than one night that I was running in the 1st North High School. Or one day, I dreamed that I was participating in a 100-kilometer marathon. Then I started to be afraid that I wouldn’t be able to finish the race. After all, no matter how much I practiced , I only practiced a little over 100 kilometers, which was less than 1/3 of the actual race . It was not like when I planned to run a half marathon, I was very sure that I could finish it. It was just a matter of time. And although I prepared spare tires, I was still afraid of what would happen if something unexpected happened. I couldn’t handle it quickly , and every time I watched that kind of race, someone would fall off the bike. I really felt stressed. Plus, the starting time was 10 o’clock on Friday night, which was an inhumane time. And it happened to be a very busy week for the company. I started to sleep 2 hours later and get up 2 hours later every day from the week of the race. I was very successful. On Friday, I slept from 10 am to 6 pm . I got enough sleep. The race was really important. I saw a lot of people with bloodshot eyes and those who were so exhausted that they really rushed to the side and fell off the bike. I felt that I spent a lot of time preparing and a lot of money to buy a new bike, a new long-distance cycling pants, and a new wheel set. I would be really angry if I couldn’t finish the race. I was also lucky on the day of the race. The northeast monsoon was very strong and there was no rain. The temperature was also cool. It was really a very good cycling condition. I thank myself and thank God for finishing the race safely.

  1. 沒有人又沒有補給 真的壓力太大了!!這樣會太累 樂趣會少很多

    以後不要勉強 不然騎這種路線其實很開心的(前提要有很多人跟補給車)
