陣見峠周遊!! 🚴(東武東上線 寄居駅発着)

I went on a round trip ride from Yorii Station on the Tobu Tojo Line, climbing up Jinmi Pass and returning to Yorii Station 🚴 On the way, I passed by Lake Enryoda I climbed the forest road (Jinmiyama Route 1) 🚴 Downhill from Jinmi Pass to Lake Mase Stop at Kodama Station on the Hachiko Line🚴 Take Route 254 to Yorii Station The forest road is mostly shady🌞 Start at Yorii Station on the Tobu Tojo Line🚴 Insta360 Filmed with X3 A calm morning🌞 ▶▶▶ Let’s fly💨 ▶▶▶ Map Map of the entire course Elevation Elevation gain, speed, slope Distance From here, we will drive on a road like this until we pass through Lake Enryada🚴 The atmosphere has changed ▶▶▶ Driving along the shore of Lake Enryada🚴 Lake Enryada is an artificial lake located on the border between Yorii Town and Misato Town in Saitama Prefecture, and is a dam lake built for the purpose of supplying water for agricultural use. Formally called “Enryoda Dam,” the lake is surrounded by nature and has a serene landscape. You can enjoy fishing for crucian carp and black bass, and many anglers from inside and outside the prefecture visit the lake. There are also rental boats, so you can enjoy fishing leisurely from the lake surface. There is little traffic around the lake, making it perfect for cycling and walking. You can enjoy cherry blossoms in spring and autumn leaves in autumn, and the scenery changes with the seasons, which is also an attractive feature. It feels good to run around here♪ Weather🌞 ▶▶▶ ◀◀◀ Forest road We entered Jinmiyama Route 1 🚴 The real climb starts here Lots of shade ☺️ The climb continues at about 5-9% There’s a slight downhill section ♪ (easy leg section) [Jinmi Pass] This pass is located near the border between Yorii Town and Misato Town in Saitama Prefecture. It is located at the eastern end of the Chichibu Mountains and is a quiet mountain pass road that passes through a natural mountain range. A narrow paved mountain road continues, with very little car traffic, giving you the feeling of passing through a quiet forest. A hidden healing spot with the sounds of birds chirping and the wind. Forest Road Jinmiyama Route 1 is famous as an approach to the pass. Its gentle slope, abundant nature, and moderate wildness are its charms. Easy to access from the city center, the route starting from Yorii Station and combining it with Lake Enryada and Mase Dam is a great ride course that allows you to experience both nature and a sense of accomplishment in one day. It’s a bit hazy, but it’s a spectacular view Right next to the pass is Mount Jinmi (531m above sea level), where it is said that a watchtower was placed during the Warring States period, and the place name “Jinmi” comes from this. This From here, it’s downhill towards Lake Mase!!🚴 There’s a slight climb Eno Pass [Forest Road Jinmiyama Route 1] Located in the mountainous area between Yorii Town and Misato Town in Saitama Prefecture, this is a quiet mountain road that leads to Jinmi Pass. While retaining an unexplored atmosphere surrounded by rich nature, it is also paved, making it a popular route for cycling and hiking. This forest road, which starts at Yorii Station and passes through Enryada Lake, has a relatively gentle gradient and is recommended for beginners to hill climbing. There’s little to worry about with cars, so you can ride at your own pace. Forest road ends here
▶▶▶ Saitama Prefectural Route 287 Nagatoro-Kodama Line Continues with a 7-10% downhill gradient [Mase Lake] A quiet man-made lake in Kodama-cho, Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture, a reservoir formed by the Mase Dam. Completed in 1958 (Showa 33) to secure water for agricultural use, it has supported local agriculture and life. It’s not a tourist spot, and its calm atmosphere is its charm. A “satoyama lake” wrapped in tranquility. In spring, the lakeside cherry blossoms bloom, and in autumn, the beautiful autumn leaves reflect on the lake’s surface, making for a very photogenic seasonal landscape. It’s a hidden gem that only those in the know will know about. It’s on the downhill route from Jinmi Pass and Jinmiyama Forest Road Route 1, and it’s a good rest stop. ◀◀◀ From here, head to Kodama Station 🚴 JR Hachiko Line Kodama Station 🚃 We could finish at Kodama Station, but it’s a little too far, so we’re heading to Yorii Station 🚴
***There’s almost no shade until Yorii Station*** We’ll be driving along National Route 254.
(There’s almost no shade, so in midsummer it might be a good idea to finish at Kodama Station) We’ve arrived at Yorii Station!! 🚴 Thank you for watching!!
