A peaceful cycling journey in Japanese countryside from Imajyo (今庄宿) to Itadorijuku (板取宿), two post towns along the old Hokuriku Road (北国街道) in Fukui Prefecture, Japan. It was a hot day in June. I rode upstream along the Hinogawa River (日野川), then climbed National Route 476, surrounded by mountains.
