But if it’s too windy today, the same conditions appear to be the same for tomorrow. Meaning if there’s no boats tomorrow, we would have to take the first ferry out on Sunday. So now we’re trapped here, but we have nowhere to stay for the next one, maybe two nights. It’s taking a bad turn of events, but also it’s too windy to go like kaying and do all the stuff that they have. So there’s also nothing to do. Go stay. Yeah, today is Friday. We’re supposed to leave today, but you know, the boats are not going. But they said tomorrow. Also, the boats are not going, but there’s a ferry, but the ferry takes 6 hours. So, I think tomorrow we’ll be on the boat all day going back to Naha. So, we had we wanted to leave the hotel that we were just staying in because there was no hot water. And we told the guy that and he went and checked in front of us and then there was none and he gave us like a like a face and we were like what? Okay. And then he said if we stay again tonight he’ll give us a change room and then we were like all right that’s fine. And then even though Well, anyway, but there were bugs also and no Wi-Fi, but it’s okay. And then I forgot about the bugs, too. Yeah, but maybe the next room won’t have bugs. We’ll see. No, we can only hope. Now we have to figure out how to cancel our hotel on Naha for just tonight, not tomorrow. Maybe in Japanese. We’re going in a t-shirt shop this street. Yeah. Okay. We rented bikes. What? [Music] No. Oh my goodness. We just arrived at the vegan sandwich shop, but they are closed. Restaurant’s closed. Do you think they’re only open at lunch? These like giant waves. See? Wow, those are huge. Wow. Okay. What’s up, guys? We’re at the beach and the sunset is so nice. It’s really cold actually, but the water feels warm. But I don’t have a towel, so I’ll swim at the hotel. Hopefully, if we ever get to Naha. Wow. [Music] We’re here. Oh my god. [Music] This is so pretty. Yes. So nice. Oh my god. The sun has set and the moon has risen. Okinawa is so nice to vegetarians. Look at this tofu stir fry, vegetable stir fry, fried rice. You can ask with no meat probably. And they tell you like this has meat, this has meat, this has fish. Yeah. Which is so nice. And we’ve been to a few places already where I said please no meat. And they said okay. So it’s not like Japan rice ball and then skip a bunch of pages. Four types of tofu. Oh well, five. But this one, I don’t know what we tried last night, but this one seems a little scary. This one seems scarier. Well, that looks like the same as what we had last night. I don’t know why I’m so so sensitive to the temperature of the I’m so sensitive to the temperature today. Day 2! We biked around the island and visited many beach spots while going through the village and the mountains!🌾 自転車に乗るのは楽しい！Due to the boat cancellations and the wave conditions, many activities were cancelled and shops took a day off.⛵️ We were able to meet lots of people and there were 7 other tourists on the island (from Japan, Europe and America). この旅行はめっちゃ楽しかった！🥬🍠 This trip was so fun!✨

I tried peanuts tofu!🥜 It’s one of my favorite tofu dishes in the world now. The texture of the tofu was so interesting and the peanut sauce was so fresh! I wish that they served larger portions of it hahah! ジーマーミ豆腐をたべました！🥜本当においしかったです！世界の中で、ジーマーミ豆腐は一番好き食べものです！また食べたい！❤️

The night before, there was a storm and our new friends told us that the waves might be too strong to leave. In the morning, we woke up and our hotel manager confirmed the situation. We prepared to hear that we would be stuck on the island but it was still surprising!🌀 Apparently it happens often during the stormy seasons and all the hotel employees, on the islands and on Naha, know this situation is possible.🌊 Luckily it was easy for us to adjust our hotel reservations! It was still stressful because our flight was only 2 days away and we couldn’t miss it.
