yes that’s right you can still ride your bicycles and PMAs on pedestrian pathways wait wait wait before everyone starts getting confused again here are the actual rules from today 1st of July 2025 bicycles and non-motorized scooters will not be allowed for this newly marked pedestrian only pathways if caught you can be fined up to $2,000 or jail up to 3 months so what are pedestrian only paths and what’s the difference with normal pedestrian paths pedestrian only paths are clearly marked and usually found adjacent to current cycling paths so that’s why I say don’t worry for cyclist you can still continue using normal pedestrian paths it’s only on this pedestrian only pathways that you have to keep to one side which is on the cycling path for PME users you can still continue using both pedestrian and pedestrian only pathways here at mobile we feel this is a very necessary move as we progress even more towards a car-like society and the government builds more and more cycling pathways pedestrian safety is also of the utmost importance we all see this as a great step forward in becoming a even more car-like and friendly society do you have any questions about the brand new loose leave them in the comment section down below and we’ll answer everything okay bye-bye
