【高知旅】やっぱり仁淀ブルーは外せない!中津渓谷・安居渓谷の絶景と定番グルメを満喫
This trip starts from Oita. We take the National Route 94 ferry from Saganoseki Port to Shikoku and Ehime. The fare is 20,900 yen with online payment and round trip discount. This price is quite a bargain if you can ride with your car. If you are going from Kyushu to Shikoku, I definitely recommend this route. It takes 70 minutes. It is much faster and easier than driving on the highway for hours. It is cheap , fast, and the best route. National Route 94, which is also the name of the ferry, is the sea section of National Route 197. It is one of the few national routes in Japan that runs over the sea. The morning sea breeze is pleasant and makes you feel like the journey is starting. After refreshing on the sea, we landed in Shikoku. Speaking of the fun of traveling, it is local gourmet food. We head to a popular bakery in Ehime . Hello, this is Toyro Travel. This time, we traveled to Kochi Prefecture. Although it was a short trip of 1 night and 2 days, it was a deeply memorable trip. Please watch until the end. Arrived at Pan Maison. Parking space is wide and easy to park. This is the shop where salted bread originated, and apparently they sell 6,000 pieces a day on busy days. When you bite into it, you hear a crisp sound. The salty taste of the butter spreads from the thin and fragrant dough. It’s simple, but I was impressed by how delicious it was. They have a wide variety of breads, such as condensed milk bread, maple salt bread, and chocolate salt bread. I wanted to buy a croissant, but it was already sold out. I had eaten it before and it was delicious, so I was looking forward to it. It’s a shame. It’s a popular shop, so I recommend coming early on weekends and holidays. As expected from the shop where salted bread originated, salted bread was so delicious! If it was in my neighborhood, I would definitely go there! The moment I took it out of the bag, I could smell the delicious garlic. It was an adult egg salad with lots of ingredients such as asparagus and tomatoes. Curry bread with chunks of beef. A thin, chewy dough wrapped around a lot of curry. I was full from the morning, thank you for the meal. After driving for two hours, we arrived near Nakatsu Valley. The road is narrow from here, so we will proceed carefully. Ah, we’re here. Can we get through? I’ll back up. Did they back up for me? Sorry (wry smile) Thank you Wow, this parking lot entrance is amazing If I was on a bicycle, I would probably tip over If you go up the steep slope , you’ll find the free parking lot You can park about 30 cars It’s about a 5-minute walk to the entrance to Nakatsu Valley There is a toilet at the entrance to the valley You can also park 3 cars there We aim for Uryu Falls while looking for the Seven Lucky Gods Ebisu-ten, Fukurokuju, Bishamonten, Benzaiten Hotei Osho, Jurojin, and Daikokuten Can you find them all? The road along the valley is well maintained and easy to walk , so even beginners can enjoy trekking with confidence Let’s take a look from that bridge on the way back I can see the Niyodo Blue Ah!! As soon as I enter the valley , I find Bishamonten There are tunnels and stairs in the valley , and just walking is exciting I find Ebisu-ten The sunlight filtering through the trees feels good Do I go to the red (cone) one? Do I go to the non-red one? Either way is fine The red cone was a dead end Be careful I pronounced Bishamonten as “Rashomon” I found Fukurokuju It was a gentle and quiet waterfall It felt a bit like an adventure Water was dripping from the rocks, it looked like it was only raining here I wonder how much water it holds I wonder how mysterious it is, it’s beautiful As we got closer to Uryu Falls the water gained force The slope ahead was steep, so we descended cautiously I found Hotei Which way should we go first? Should we go to Uryu Falls? Due to time constraints we didn’t go to the observation deck The rocks towered and were filled with a fantastical atmosphere Beyond this bridge is Uryu Falls There was a double rainbow Looking down from above, it was very impressive The blue of Niyodo, the fresh greenery and the rock surface blended together and I witnessed the grandeur of nature I headed back the way I came I went to look for the remaining Shichifukuji temples I also found Fudo Myo-o! (Not one of the Seven Lucky Gods) In a place like this… I found JurojinI found DaikokutenNot just transparent, but a deep blue in the distanceThe color appears to change depending on the amount of lightI couldn’t find the Seven Lucky Gods so I checked the mapI found BenzaitenI conquered the Seven Lucky GodsIt looks like a thin stick is trying to move the rock using the principle of a leverThe contrast between this calm feeling and Uryu Falls is amazingIt was a strange color that couldn’t be described as either blue or greenIt was a 30 minute drive to Uryu Falls but we had so much fun that we stayed for 2 hoursFor lunch, we went to this restaurant with a Google rating of 4.7It is about a 7 minute drive from Nakatsu ValleyThe restaurant has about 8 seats inside and isn’t that large , but we were lucky and were able to enter without having to waitWe both ordered chicken soup curryIt was incredibly high qualityThe soup was spicy and flavorful and I was shocked when I took a sipThe lemon and fish sauce changed the flavor, which was like a trance and added depth to the flavorI never thought I would come across such a delicious soup curry on my travels!! It was delicious, thank you for the mealYou can park your car at the community center oppositeNext , we head to Yasui ValleyWe arrived in about 30 minutesThe road to Yasui Valley is quite narrow and it was difficult to pass oncoming vehiclesPlease be careful when drivingThe toilet is at Yasui Valley Parking LotI went that wayIt was really scary, you should look carefullyWas there a snake? Scary… I have to be careful… The correct name is Seriwari CaveSwimming is prohibitedIt’s beautifulFrom Suisho-fuchi Parking Lot to the Sabo DamIt’s about a 5-minute walkI’ve always wanted to see the bamboo forestJust looking at it is soothing30 minutes by car from Suisho-fuchiWe visited a cafe run by a tea farmerYou can enjoy sweets made to the fullest using homemade tea leavesI don’t like roasted green tea, but I’ll give it a tryHuh , it’s delicious! I think I’ve conquered my Hojicha… Tiramisu with a rich flavor like Gyokuro. The aroma and flavor can only be produced by tea farmers. The most recommended item is the pudding. The smooth pudding and the fragrant Hojicha aroma spread softly. I should have bought one more. With some regrets, I arrived at Asao Submerged Bridge. There was a parking space right next to the bridge. We asked for donations to maintain the area around the submerged bridge. We want to help as much as we can for the sake of the next visitor. A bridge without handrails that sinks when the water rises. 5pm? Is that the 5pm chime? How peaceful. The setting for the movie “The Dragon and the Freckled Princess.” There was no bridge over the Niyodo River, so children had to take a ferry to school. They had to miss school every time the river flooded. One day, the boat the children were on was on the verge of sinking due to the flooding. This prompted a movement to build a bridge, and the bridge was finally completed. However, due to budget constraints, only a wooden bridge was built , and it was washed away every time the river flooded. In 1974, a concrete bridge was finally completed , and it is still an indispensable part of the lives of the residents. I decided to drive instead of drive. Today’s accommodation is here. This is my first Hoshino Resort. I entered with excitement. After checking in to Lance , I received my amenities and headed to my room. This urban hotel allows you to fully experience Kochi’s culture, food, and hospitality. The large public bath, equipped with a sauna and an open-air garden bath, will soothe your travel fatigue. I’ll introduce the main reason for choosing this hotel later, but first, I went to have dinner. There were about four groups lined up, but we entered without having to wait even 10 minutes. The long-awaited draft beer arrived in an instant lol . Yes, I ‘d like a refill. It’s non-alcoholic . No, it’s Kirin beer. I ordered egg-drop janmen. I’ve always wanted to try it. It’s hot and delicious. It was better than I expected, I was surprised! It was my favorite flavor. Doesn’t the moment you break the egg get you excited? Mixing it together makes it smooth, which is also delicious~It’s said that this ramen goes well with rice , so I added rice and mixed it well. Of course it was delicious . I’m glad I came~~~ I’m very satisfied, thank you for the meal.It ‘s the setting for the love story in “I Saw a Monk Buying a Hairpin♪” I’ve been to Nagasaki’s “Dutch Hill” and Sapporo’s “Clock Tower”, so I’ve conquered “Japan’s Three Most Disappointing Tourist Spots”!! I wanted to eat egg roll rice , so I came here at the right time and was able to enter without waiting. They also have salt, soy sauce, and miso ramen. As expected, I was full so I gave up… The inside of the store was clean, and the stylish aluminum “kettle” added a nice touch. Can you read the QR code even through the screen? I’ll have wontons. They ‘re full of gravy and delicious – I had to eat them all in one bite… The crispy skin is addictive – it’s light so I can eat them all up in one bite . A simple fried rice made only with rice and eggs . Enjoy the change in flavor with the special sauce. The fried rice has a creamy texture like butter, but it’s not too heavy and has a gentle sweetness . The moment I poured the sauce on, it quickly turned into a punchy taste and it was delicious. Thank you, Chonmage! This is the main reason I chose this hotel. Guests can experience the “Yosakoi Rakuen LIVE” exclusively. Guests also held Naruko and danced together. The staff performed in dynamic costumes and choreography. It’s a night you can’t experience anywhere else. It’s also recommended for those experiencing “Yosakoi” for the first time. It’s about a 30-minute stage, but the heat and sense of unity will make your night special. A wooden carved Tosa dog greets you at the entrance. It has a sharp yet warm expression. In the public space on the first floor, you can find not only popular local seasonings and sweets, but also “OMO Taka You can also purchase original “Kichi” merchandise. Now, the long-awaited room tour! This time I booked the “Utage Queen Room.” It’s a unique room with a theme of Kochi’s “Okiyaku culture.” The room is bright, with a gentle atmosphere that makes you feel the warmth of wood. It’s nice that there is a water server on each floor. The washroom is clean and easy to use, and it’s bright, so it’s easy to put on makeup . I didn’t use it because there is a large public bath, but this one is also beautiful, and of course the toilet is separate. Another recommendation is the cute embroidery on the in-house clothing . It’s comfortable to wear, and I really liked it.
