They are smuggling Drugs!🇹🇭 Golden Triangle Thailand

wow okay oh [_] wow that was very dangerous right now huh okay we’re so good in time
– we are not no
– no we should leave at 9 Leaving leaving but we still didn’t have breakfast
– oh so the breakfast will take
– there’s a problem okay – 30 minutes okay
– so we don’t leave at 9 we leave at 10 no breakfast
– you don’t breakfast you late normally we should start at 9:00 but we never do that’s why we can never go any we can never reach anywhere but it’s okay but we reached this and it was really cool bit old bit out of water
– even the river doesn’t have water no pool yeah true it’s a little bit of water okay we’re just going over to the breakfast I mean it’s really out of style a little bit the hotel is very old everything but I I really liked it here it’s very quiet we could park the bike right outside the door and you have a cool view over
the river wow
– and then fruit fruit as well
– yes – okay we need to make some space wow
– so how much for the breakfast a normal price
– normal price – yes 100 baht that’s three euros so do I always pay too much you always pay too much because guys love spending money yeah
– so you have to support him how do you do that you send money or you just keep watching you keep watching you keep watching it’s okay and you give a like and you subscribe if you’re not subscribed yet and comment down would be great too so then we can still continue traveling and make content for you also subscribe to Nanda Nomad
– yes of course if you want to help me continue
travels too you can subscribe to my channel Nanda Nomad but it’s okay she doesn’t need money she she lives very cheap yeah I do need money for live very cheap so even living in the very – bare minimum
– bare minimum I need money so end ride you finished your ride
– yeah I finished yesterday already so we just did 160 km yesterday but we also saw a lot and we stopped a lot so that’s fine yeah and a curvy road and we went up to 1,770 M yeah and top speed was 122 but today we go to Chiang Rai and yeah that will be my via point set this destination let’s do a proper route planning here hold on Akha village how is it how is it spelled a k h Akha village
– village add as via point yeah sweet yes we do that winding yeah sure why not you can set winding roads
– winding what that mean – like the
curvy roads twisty you can as make twisty but I don’t know no changes of always too fast okay let’s see let’s see look there’s viewpoints oh okay okay well okay I’m excited now let’s go
– you haven’t been before you should now I’m always excited yeah I mean we’re so lucky to do all
this yeah this happens when you move out of your comfort zone and sell everything you have yeah when you don’t have nothing you’re the most free ah all I have is Eve and Eve made some trouble with the with the charging board this morning sometimes it happens it just
gets stuck and then I can’t pull it out but I turn it on and off again and then all good but I’m at 100% charged up ready to go look at that petrol pump is it’s
manual right you have to oh that is cool I’ve never seen that before wow you go in electric motor bike
– yeah well I yeah wow cool yeah yeah this this
petrol pump doesn’t even need electricity you can just pump out right off out
of the barrel that is so cool nice Wow so fast yeah and all silent no noise empty wow yeah right I’ve never seen that
before yeah definitely a cool gas station wow and so simple they can be power cuts and you can still get gas easy all right guys looks like we can do a little bit of morning workout in form of racing down this awesome road a little bit man I know I said it probably in every
vlog here but the roads are just insane wow oh God that’s okay oh but wow look at that and so smooth it’s insane ah wow right oh God okay wow and the view guys wow wow it’s so cool going up to that
village now it’s just like riding through the jungle I mean we literally
ride through the jungle so it’s just so cool wow okay oh [ __ ] wow that was very dangerous right now okay okay there’s this little stones on the road woo yeah always be careful yeah this gravel stuff ah been such a nice road but yeah that was bit scary for a moment again yeah you have to be always careful especially when it goes down so steep because there’s less weight on the rear yeah yeah almost crashed there almost put her down but luckily I caught her wow wow this this area is just incredible hello where did we go now we go direction to the hall of opium you know if you don’t know I’m going to tell you now that area it’s called a Golden Triangle because in the past in the 20th century they were they were here was the biggest zone where they where they grow opium so yeah we go there to see if there is some drugs no no
– no no -we just go here to the hall of opium because it’s a sight and we want to check out sights a sight sight seeing these roads are awesome here but there’s not really much to see yeah just the landscape
– just the landscape so we have to do some
– sight seeing yeah sight seeing right I think you have to drink coffee
– and drink coffee yeah okay let’s get a coffee this is so cool wow and this is really steep too these roads are just it’s just another level I feel like and they’re well maintained like there’s no not many potholes or anything like they’re really good roads wow where do you see that so cool hello hi do you think I I could
use your electricity electricity electricity yeah yeah do you think I can use a little bit cool yeah and Chiang Rai
– Chiang Rai okay just need a little bit of power cool thank you local coffee and pancakes coconut
pancakes
– coconut it’s good right
– mhm what else and charging
– wow – wow what is it this
– is um the stone is jade most of the production of jade in the world comes from myanmar or neighbor country so they sell it here they come from there and they sell it here and one how it’s called bracelet bracelet yeah
– one bracelet here cost around 250 uh it’s mean €10 around less than €10 from Myanmar you can buy one of these in our link in
description
– or there or right there – yeah cool so that was a quick coffee and a quick charge I charged uh about 1.8 KW hours which means like 15% it was I think and I gave the man uh 20 baht which is like way more than double of what the electricity would cost him so yeah he was he was okay with that and we have 50 minutes to go I just you know like whenever we park somewhere or make a
stop I always try to plug her in just to you know use the time wisely I didn’t have to I think I can even make it the whole day without charging but it just feels good to have a little bit of extra so that also means I can have a little bit of extra fun all right guys can you see here that is the Golden Triangle and this is the Mekong River over there sweet so it separates Laos Thailand and Myanmar I think and it’s right there that’s so cool yeah wow yeah and apparently there was a
lot of drug trafficking and all this kind of stuff wow see if we can park somewhere ah no it’s disabled parking was just able to plug in here quickly and we can check out the area a little bit let’s do it okay check it out so over there
is Laos over there is myanmar and we are in Thailand that’s really cool they have like all these statues over there and they have a sign for tourists you explain much better than I do you know much more than I do I know nothing
– maybe I just search more yeah you do I think so that’s great right but I was right right uh Laos Laos
– Myanmar and we’re in Thailand yes and it is crazy how developed is that area it’s just because the Chinese government Chinese people live there and they build it a casino city like Las Vegas and apparently apparently you can just go over there with a boat yes
– you don’t uh but you need to be stamped out I think yes you do but it seems to be easy
– yeah but better let’s not
– no because we have the bikes
– we have bikes we have babies you know how much care that babies
– yeah our bikes need
– especially my bike yes so diva I have to baby my bike a lot very hot nice meeting you and uh hope uh everything goes well yeah thank you
– bye bye bye bye nice to meet you I follow you on YouTube
– yeah wherever you want like I have everything hey man thank you yes nice meeting you nice meeting you guys you have a great day 1 hour right we can do it I need that okay guys so you see there’s a lot of Germans here I met so many Germans in Thailand and also a lot of bikers too many come from Malaysia travel here to Thailand did we go this way yeah look at that looks so cool here and I charged her up another 1.5 KW hours I think I gave him again like 20 baht it’s cool I mean I don’t mind paying wow but I think I don’t know where we have to go but anyway I have plenty of charge now and we can just ride off into the sunset to the hotel how cool is that you see it’s not that difficult especially here in Thailand you can just ask people they let you plug in most of them just let you plug in there’s no issue all right I’m in Chiang Rai it’s quite busy here traffic wow okay yeah there’s a lot of temples they have this white Temple and we definitely have to check that out tomorrow like it looks
incredible on the photos but for now we have to find the hotel haven’t booked anything so let’s just see where we found the first one let’s see on booking there was no room available but maybe you know sometimes you can still get a room and there’s also charging stations here yeah there’s one here one there somewhere they’re everywhere it’s good but I’m I’m cool I have 9% look at that bus wow six wow I saw them a lot these painted buses yeah sweet but all the way when I go back all the way to Bangkok there will be charging stations no problem easy cheesy golden land right that’s it yeah hi the golden land
– yes – this – yes – yes okay Malaysia Indonesia to Australia everything thank you
– you are really strong woman thank you room here and it’s pretty cool with the little parking too oh Eve you’re rattling away sounds like you’re having a chain woo well that’s cool neighbor I’m a good neighbor there’s sugar milk how’s your room what it’s called the spider when they leave that
– spiderwebs spiderwebs
– well it has been empty for a while probably
– I mean it’s not bad the other one is better oh you want to want to change
– no no because here I have my bike just in the front of the door first room was a bit better okay my room’s closed yeah same same it’s a bit old but careful
– yes – thank you for letting me know no well I let you know because I don’t
want to have a broken camera Fernanda how did you like the landscape what how did you like the landscape
– was amazing I love that the road
was pretty steep I mean it’s not for everybody that kind of road cuz you know you
can fall easily
– I almost fell – yes I almost no I didn’t I almost crossed
to the other side of the road I filmed that too
– you did – I think so wait wait wait we’re charging okay 3% sweet guys it was a fun day probably one of the best rides we had here in Thailand probably but uh we’re going to check out the city tomorrow and
the temples and all this stuff so don’t forget to subscribe uh see you in the next video and my SD card runs out now bye want to say goodbye bye see you tomorrow now see you in the next video
– yes and if you want to know more about that travel please subscribe yeah and no you should tell them to subscribe to you you have 10 seconds you can tell them to subscribe to your channel no no you can search in the internet and follow me

Wow okay… what a wild ride today! I took my electric motorbike through the heart of the Golden Triangle, tackled steep mountain roads, and explored the incredible landscapes around Chiang Rai. The views were just insane — jungle, rivers, hidden villages, and those super twisty roads that are both scary and fun at the same time!
I stopped for some local coconut pancakes, charged up wherever I could (everyone was so kind letting me plug in!), and learned a bit about the history of the area — this was once the center of the opium trade. Now, it’s all about adventure, nature, and epic motorbike journeys.
If you’re thinking about doing a motorbike trip in Thailand or just want to see what it’s like riding an electric bike in Asia, check this out. And hey, if you want to support the journey — like, comment, and subscribe. It helps more than you know.

  1. Nanda , your Jade braccelet is fake. One never can not buy a true Jade one for only 10 euro. Not even in Thailand. There's a lot of imitation everywhere

  2. That was a fun trip down Pucker Rd! I’m glad you both made it safely. Great sights and interesting places. You two are fun to watch together. Your personalities compliment each other well. Keep it up👍🏼

    Ride safe.
    Ride smart.
    Have fun!

  3. I'm really impressed – it's a lot of fun to watch! I ride a little myself around the Pattaya area. Just curious: how do you film your rides? I'm guessing you're using two Insta360 Go 3 cameras in 2K? How do you manage to get the footage uploaded here in 4K? 🙂
    Thanks and best regards! 🏍

  4. Did she betray her husband for a younger, more exciting man? Now I don't feel so bad for what happened to her. Who sleeps outside in a forest, in darkness, in the middle of the night, near a village in a rural area in bumfuck nowhere and is surprised by the result of their sheer stupidity?

  5. Great episode mate. You are following the route I rode some years back. Epic scenery and roads hey. Hope EVE lasts, she is making some horrible noises. Nice to have a travelling buddy. Stay safe and sunny side up compadre. 🤘

  6. Your comments at 5:18 remind of the book Zen and the Art of Motorcycle, and following yours and Nanda's (and a few other's) channels enable us to live that, to feel that, through you. Easy cheesey! 🫶

  7. Falsch.

  10. Our family was in the family car when we came across a biker that had laid down his bike after going through a sandy corner in town. Mom said, of course, motorcycles are so dangerous.
Our neighbor had switched up from a Kawasaki Z-1 900 to a Suzuki GS 1100 and had laid it down coming after hitting a fallen rock in a corner.
Those are the only accidents that come to mind concerning road condition.

  11. Wow man be careful, I hit one of those gravel patches just over a month ago, unfortunately I hit the ground and broke 5 ribs and collar , total of 13 bone breaks and one dead bike. Stay safe…

  12. Riding northern Thailand rocks.(2014).
40 years ago it was easy to go to Burma and in the old temple city if Pagan ended up at a local festival smoking cigars with the Elders ..

  13. 6m20: we used to still have those in country areas when I was a kid. That was late 50s early 60s till the electric ones replaced them everywhere. Those were pre-unleaded days when so-called Super Shell with the blue illuminated shell-shaped sign in top of the pump was 99 octane if my memory serves me correctly. No self service allowed and you could get one or two squirts of an upper cylinder lubricant additive from a thing the size of a watering can with a 150mm long nozzle that went into the filler.
    Those were the days…

  14. Schön wenn Du hier allen zeigst, dass Du kein bisschen Motorradfahren kannst.
Habe mich schon gefragt wann mal was passiert bzw.
Denn hier waren es "the little stones on the road", nicht die verbockte Wahl der Fahrlinie

  15. At least he picked the right place to ride a bit reckless because despite Chiang Rai is a rural province, it has four most well equipped mega hospitals. (Since Thailand is Southeast Asia medical hub and Chiang Rai is bordered Laos and Myanmar, all of their wealthy people cross the border to get their medical needs here,)😂😂
