Bikepacking Japan | Cycling Kyushu top to bottom, Fukuoka to Ibusuki | 2 weeks | 850kms
My first time bikepacking, EVER. A trip I had dreamed about for 5 years became a reality in October 2024. This was the most difficult, physically and mentally challenging I have ever done in my life. 2 weeks and 850kms that I will never forget. As an amateur cyclist with minimal camping experience only at site where you could drive to, this was a challenge that I severely underestimated. I had no training in the 2 months prior to my flight, only a 60km test ride with my bags a week before.
