日本一大きい干満の差がある有明海の干潟を利用した泥だらけの運動会。「道の駅鹿島」のある七浦海浜スポーツ公園で開催されています。その中から、自転車に乗り、干潟上の幅60㎝長さ25mの細い道板を転ばないように渡りきる「ガタチャリ」レースの動画です。

A muddy sports meet using the tidal flats of the Ariake Sea, which has the largest tidal range in Japan. It is held at Nanaura Seaside Sports Park, where the “Kashima Roadside Station” is located. This video shows a “gatachari” race, where participants ride bicycles across a narrow 60cm wide, 25m long plank on the tidal flats without falling.
