新潟県長岡市で6月4日、列車と自転車の衝突事故が発生したことを想定し、長岡市・警察・JRが連携して事故対応訓練を行いました。
長岡市で6月4日行われた列車事故の対応訓練。
列車事故が発生した際の迅速な対応につなげようと消防・警察・JRなど約90人が参加しました。
訓練は、走行中の列車と踏切内に侵入してきた自転車が衝突した想定で行われました。
事故の発生後、列車の運転士などが事故の状況を確認したあと通報を受けた消防や警察が現場に到着すると…。
消防：「列車の抑止はできていますか？」
運転士：「はい。長岡・宮内間上下線とも抑止が完了しています」
消防：「車両止めはしましたか？」
運転士：「はい」
事故発生後の対応状況などについて速やかに情報共有。そして…

「あちらには赤いジャッキが設置され、負傷者の救出作業が行われています。同時にこちらでは列車入口に向けてハシゴが設置され、車内で負傷した人の救助作業が行われています」
事故の衝撃で転倒した人など、車内では4人の乗客が負傷した想定で、車いすの乗客の救助や担架を使った救助訓練なども行われました。
去年、JR新潟支社管内では4件の人身事故が発生していて、消防などは今後もこうした訓練を通して対応の迅速化を図っていきたい考えです。
