Happy birthday Kazuo Oishi, winner of the first Tour de Okinawa in 1989!
I did my best to provide subtitles translated into English–some work, some are pure gibberish, but some decent information has gotten through.

Since I have only a rudimentary grasp of Japanese, I’ll just have to edit what is obviously wrong and enjoy the funny accidents. This is the seventh translation and I’m not gaining any ground!
