Three properties in Suginami Ward Completed in April 2015 1R 10.83㎡ 10㎡… Is that livable? It’s really small, though. A 10㎡ room with a private toilet? That’s a high point right off the bat♪ It even has earthquake-proof latches??? It’s a proper shower toilet, and it warms your bottom too??? It’s nice that you can’t see the kitchen from the entrance. Look at the wall on the left… There’s no closet, though. We use wall hooks for storage♪ This space… My hideout zone lol Use it as storage space? I wonder what to do… Looking around a small room while thinking about it. It’s a small room, but it’s nice and bright. I crammed everything into 4 tatami mats lol Even when the delivery guy comes, you can’t see inside, which is nice. This is an intercom, isn’t it? Eh… what’s this? It’s nice that there’s space for a washing machine inside, but… There’s also the option of using a coin-operated laundry. This storage rack is really important. The height can be adjusted, so it could be used as a desk. It’s only 4 tatami mats, but… It has two windows, so it doesn’t feel cramped. Yeah, this is definitely… Huh… it’s a shower… A shower room with a bathroom dryer! It can also be used as a heater. So you can warm up when it’s cold? Look at the floor! You can get hot water from here. What a great idea for a foot bath! Pour hot water from here. A shallow bath, you could call it a “morning bath” lol Take a shower in the morning to wake up??? There’s a toilet and a shower too. There’s also a kitchen, so it looks like you could live here properly. There’s an air conditioner behind the kitchen♪ It’s small to begin with With the air conditioner, it’s easy to adjust the temperature. I’ll hang my laundry here. But I hesitate to hang them up when I’m cooking. It’s packed tightly into a 4-tatami room. Once I sign up for internet service… The WiFi router might get in the way, though. I’ll probably end up putting stuff by the window. lol Well, is this enough? It’s a small exhaust fan, but if it’s not strong enough, we can just open the window. There’s no sink. So there’s a small mirror here. You can cook stir-fry dishes, right? A single-burner gas stove. The equipment is simple, so it’s easy to use. A knife, a plate, and… There’s no room for unnecessary items, so you naturally end up with fewer things??? Oh… You can put the refrigerator here. The refrigerator and washing machine… When we actually put them there… It looks a bit cramped, doesn’t it? At first, I thought it was storage space… This is the only place… If you’re not very tall… You could probably fit a bed in there, but… it’s completely visible from the entrance lol Is this okay? 1R 10.83 m² 52,000 yen Door peephole♪ There’s also a door guard. The lock is a single lock♪ This time, we looked at the first floor room, but The second floor has a loft♪ The entrance has an automatic lock. Ogikubo 3-choice quiz Quiz 1

  6. First room: Wow, now this is very small! But the price is also small. I think if you were a true minimalist, who spent a lot of time out of the house, or perhaps only needed it as a space to sleep during the work week, it would be perfect. A little bed could fit in that nook, or maybe a futon would be better.

Second room: This is also very small, but not as well laid out. The loft space basically doubles the overall space of the room, but those ladders are so steep!! I can't imagine climbing up there when you're tired, or sick, or during an earthquake… way too scary! No thanks!

Third room: The extra 2m makes all the difference. A lot of potential here for a storage staircase since there's enough space for it. I think, if there's a laundromat nearby, I would rather take my laundry there than fill up the entranceway with a washing machine. Alternately, that square bathtub can probably be used to wash clothes the old fashioned way! And there's a bathroom dryer!

    Thank you for uploading!
