#3　石川県の能登半島へ！スーパーカブ110（JA59）に乗って行ってみた（キャンプツーリング）

スーパーカブ110（JA59）で挑む能登半島ツーリング3日目！石川県の三国山キャンプ場を出発し、輪島市へ向かうバイクツーリングをお届けします。今回の旅の目的は、2024年能登半島地震の被災地の現状をこの目で見ることと、輪島市の隠れた観光スポット、鴨ヶ浦塩水プールを再訪すること。
道端に咲く水仙の花、地震で半壊した家屋やブルーシートの屋根、復旧作業の重機が織りなす輪島のリアルをレポート。建設や土木の現場仕事へのリスペクトも語ります。鴨ヶ浦塩水プールは1935年頃に作られた歴史的建造物で、国の登録有形文化財。地震の2.2m隆起で干上がった震災遺構としての姿に、ちょっと切なくなりました。

輪島袖ヶ浜キャンプ場を偵察したら、無人でトイレや水道が使えず、被災者の仮設テントが立つ不思議な光景。白米千枚田では、地震の傷跡が少ない日本の風景に癒され、能登の自然の美しさを堪能。能登半島の先端へ向かうと、隆起で港が干上がり、道も荒れる中、寝床探しに奔走！石川県健康の森キャンプ場は崩落でアクセス不可、結局袖ヶ浜キャンプ場に戻って野宿感覚でテント設営。ウインナーを焼き、夕日を見ながら思いつきで鴨ヶ浦へ歩いて再挑戦！干上がったプールに歴史の重みを感じました。石川県のアウトドア活動や日本の観光を愛する人へ、能登半島の復興状況と旅行ガイドをリアルに届けます！

Hey there, it’s Bell! Day 3 of my Noto Peninsula motorcycle adventure on my trusty Super Cub 110 (JA59)! Starting from Mikuniyama Campground in Ishikawa Prefecture, I head to Wajima City for an epic bike touring journey. This trip is all about seeing the reality of the areas hit by the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake and revisiting a hidden gem, Kamogaura Saltwater Pool. Along the way, I capture the blooming narcissus flowers, half-destroyed houses with blue tarps, and the heavy machinery of recovery efforts in Wajima. While refueling at a gas station (regular gas at ¥185/liter!), I share my respect for the construction workers rebuilding the region. Kamogaura Saltwater Pool, built around 1935, is a registered tangible cultural property, but the 2.2m uplift from the earthquake left it dry—a poignant earthquake relic.

Checking out Sodegahama Campground in Wajima, I find it unmanned, with no working toilets or water, and mysterious tents that might house disaster victims. At Senmaida Rice Terraces, I’m healed by Japan’s untouched landscapes, soaking in the natural beauty of Noto. Heading toward the peninsula’s tip, I see ports dried up from the uplift and rough roads, scrambling to find a place to sleep. Ishikawa Prefecture’s Health Forest Campground is inaccessible due to a landslide, so I return to Sodegahama for a wild camping vibe. Grilling sausages, watching the sunset, and making a spur-of-the-moment trek to Kamogaura, I feel the weight of history in the dry pool. For fans of Ishikawa’s outdoor activities and Japan’s tourism, this is a raw travel guide to Noto’s recovery and beauty!
