Countryside Cycling 館山一周 – 2024/04/20
Cycled around in the tranquil city of Tateyama in the southern part of Chiba Prefecture. Started from the town proper, took breaks at the lighthouses as shown in this video, and circled back where I started.
The roads will allow you to get stunning ocean views while you cycle, and are not the busiest on a weekend morning. Be also warned that this route has few inclines and sharp curves, so road bikes and mountain bikes are recommended for this ride. There is also a wide selection of restaurants at the Nojimazaki Lighthouse. Overall, it’s a relaxing ride with few challenges. Absolutely recommending this route to those who wish to do sightseeing while cycling in the city.
