【３分トラベル】[No.14] オメガ公園（長崎県対馬市）

３分で訪問する日本の観光地！
今回は対馬市にあるオメガ公園に行ってきました。こちらバイクで走っているときに看板で「オメガ」と出てきたので気になって行ってきました。ここには昔、オメガ航法システムのための電波塔が立っていました。世界に８基しかなく、アジアにはここだけです。高さも455mで、当時日本一の高さでした。当時の塔はないのですが、色々歴史を感じる素敵な所でした。

This time I visited Omega Park in Tsushima City. When I was riding my motorcycle here, I saw “Omega” on a signboard, so I was curious to go there. There used to be a radio tower here for the Omega navigation system. There are only eight of them in the world, and this is the only one in Asia. It was 455 meters high, the tallest in Japan at the time. There is no tower from those days, but it was a wonderful place with a lot of history.
