Biwaichi Bike Ride in Shiga – Cycling Japan Solo Trip | ビワイチ　サイクリング、滋賀県、琵琶湖

I’m back on the bike and cycling around part of Lake Biwa, Japan’s largest lake! Biwaichi is one of Japan’s six National Cycling Routes and is located in Shiga Prefecture. While the entire route is 200km long, today I’m riding a 55km section of the route from Maibara Station to Makino Station.

In addition to great views of Lake Biwa, there will be lots of wildlife and other scenery along the way.
