Oaxaca is one of my favourite states in Mexico – because of the landscapes, the remoteness… it’s just epic! Every day I was here, I followed the road, going with the flow and letting the adventure unfold. Oaxaca gave me a great sense of freedom.

In April 2017 I left Australia for a solo trip around the world on a BMW F800GS. I named it “Are We There Yet” because I don’t know my final destination or the duration of this journey.

Throughout my journey, I’m raising money for a young disabled child in Poland named Franek. Franek was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (weakness of the entire right side of the body) and he will require constant rehabilitation for the rest of his life.     Those artesanal concret and Stones based roads were recently made it with local people and financed from de past federal government.

    Im live just down the road from Puerto Escondito, in Huatulco. Oaxaca is a beautiful state. Dec 24th I rode the new highway from Oaxaca to the coast some crazy winds, strongest I've seen there was blowing the big orange cones all over the road. Good thing is as it was a holiday there was no construction so no waiting. Great videos keep up the great work.

    I stayed at a hotel near Valparaiso that was like a Mexican chateau. A really unique layout with wood doors and white stucco. Seemed like affluent Mexico from the 1950's.
