    9:36 there is no way you put a shot of army guys storming alqaeda in Riyadh over what you think happened when the peaceful purchasing of the village of manga was mentioned, it might have been forced but it was peaceful not even an argument recorded and with millions of dollars in compensation, stop spreading misinformation

    the reason is there rich and religious

    they could have invested those to technology or company to start there own massive weapon factories

    or even start there own car brand or solar manufacturing business and scale those up

    or create small business and big ones

    but there too good for that they want to be showy with there money

    One criticism I must lay, you show the same clips of the city around 5 times, it's a feel of fluffing on what is naturally a good video. Your partner from your former company, Vox, did a really really good pacing for his desert video that didn't rely so heavily on repeat clips if you need a direct example. I mean no hate, simply improvement.

    Megalomaniac dictators have been building nonsensical shit in the desert for literally thousands of years, mostly using slave labour. Maybe MBS wants future generations in idiocracies to believe he was an "ancient alien" too.

    Billionaire dictator vanity project. It'll be a waste of money and will go uncompleted. If completed it'll be hellish to service and live in.

    The concept of the linear city is just so baffling to me. There's no way it will "work" from the perspective of someone living and working in there. On average, two people will be so far apart that they can't reasonably meet for coffee or lunch like you could in a traditional city. What could be a 5-10min commute would instead be a hell of a train ride (or similar) the likes of which would make Tokyo's subways look tame by comparison. There'd be no other way to get around, and there'd be such demand that a huge proportion of the Line's volume will have to be taken up by transportation infrastructure. There's just no way to make it feasible without teleportation or other magical technologies.

    Absolutely loved the sound in this video. Makes the viewing really immersive and it gives a powerful feeling to the amount of dirt and sand being moved.
