I love ice cream, so it’s a dream to live in Kanazawa, the ice cream capital of Japan! I made a bike route that passes 12 different tasty ice cream locations in this area – including unique flavors like miso and cheese or tofu ice cream, salty-sweet soy sauce soft serve, more traditional wagashi treats, kakigori shaved ice, vending machine ice cream, gold leaf toppings, vegetables in ice cream, and more!
