[ 2024 Shikoku 1000 ] [ 四囯一周 ] [ Day 4 – Shishikui to Kochi ] [ 宍喰至高知 ]

今日應該是行程距離最長的壹日，超過100公里。早餐與另外個住客新加坡人一齊食，一路食一路聊天，差點忘記出發。
今日第一個景點是40多公里外的室戶岬，沿途沒有什麼，只是些小爬坡。大概兩個半小時抵達室戶岬，每個景點亦停低打卡。跟著是10多公里外的第一個蓋章點道の駅Kiramesse室戶，因為只是11時許所以蓋完章便離開。
跟著便是20公里外的道の駅田野屋，在此吃午飯及休息下。下一個印章點便是10公里左右的道の駅大山。過了安芸後我轉入高知安芸自転車道，大約20公里長直至道の駅那須為止。
有部份的自転車道是與高架火車軌道並行，有可能這部份自転車道是由舊火車路基改建而成。大概100公里後抵達道の駅那須，印完章便出發去酒店，只需6公里。
今晚入住的高知黑潮酒店在高知市外圍，房間是一泊二食，酒店亦有溫泉。晚餐是定食，尚算可以。

Today should be the longest day of the trip, more than 100 kilometers. I had breakfast together with another guest, a Singaporean. We chatted all the way and almost forgot to leave.
The first scenic spot today was Cape Muroto, which was more than 40km away. There was nothing along the way, just some small climbs. It took about two and a half hours to arrive at Cape Muroto, stopping to check in at each attraction. Then came the first stamped station, Road Station Kiramesse Muroto, which was more than 10km away. Since it was only about 11am, I left after stamping.
Next was the Roadside Station Tanoekiya 20km away, where I could have lunch and rest. The next stamping point was Michino Station Daizan, which was about 10km away. After passing Aki, I turned to the Kochi Aki bike path, which was about 20km long and ended at the Roadside Station Yasu.
Part of the bike path run parallel to the elevated train tracks. It was possible that this part of the bike path was reconstructed from old train line. After about 100km, I arrived at Yasu Road Station. After printing the stamp, I set off to the hotel, which was only 6km away.
The Kochi Kuroshio Hotel where I stayed tonight was located outside Kochi City with two meals, and the hotel also has a hot spring. Dinner was a set meal, which was OK.
