In small restaurants go for burgers, fries or sausage, not a cooked meal. The further you go away from the big cities, the standard start to decline.

Muli bwanji, Nyanja in central part
Muli buti, Tonga in the south towards Livingstone but muli bwanji still works inthe south as well, the banana ladies spoke Tonga that's when u went south
