学校も多い地域なので多くの若者が集まっていただければと内装や備品などにも力入れました。
コンビニ（２分）やスーパー（２分）も近くにあり自転車を少し走らせれば東大生目当てのお食事処が数多く点在しております。
お寺や学校の多い地域ですので治安も良く大変過ごしやすい立地だと思います。
We have placed a spacious parking space for bicycle to have an easy access to work and school by bike. Also, to have an easy access to the center of the city.
The place is a district that has lots of schools, so we prepared the house for young people hoping them to gather.
Convinience store(2 mins distance) and Super Market(2 mins distance) is near,
and if you ride a bike for a few minutes, there are restaurants that Tokyo University Students likes to go.
There are also Shrines and School on the district that keeps the peace and order
