七夕。猛暑日を記録した日曜日に集まった11名と日陰を求めて鹿沼へサイクリングしてきました。黒川神社近くで湧き水が出ているところを発見して涼を感じました。名も無き峠の山中の森は涼しくて気持ちよかったです。走ってるときは風が爽快です。こまめに水分補給して夏場も自転車楽しんでいきましょう。

Tanabata. On a record-breaking hot Sunday, 11 people and I went cycling to Kanuma in search of shade. We discovered a spring near Kurokawa Shrine and felt cool. The forest in the mountains at the nameless pass was cool and refreshing. The breeze is refreshing when you’re riding. Be sure to hydrate frequently and enjoy cycling in the summer.
