would like to show you how to ride the ferry.It
is my first time landing on the Goto Islands, so I want to relax, so I took
a Kyushu Merchant Ship. I used the hotel’s set pack.

time, the Kyushu Shosen package I applied for was 37,000 yen per person, which included a ferry outbound, Jetfoil on the way back, and accommodation at the Goto Tsubaki Hotel for two nights.The ferry was one-way, and the 4160
Jetfoil was 9160
Tsubaki Hotel for one night. It’s 11,450 yen, so it’s about the same price. It’s a little easier because you don’t have to make reservations. You
can eat breakfast like this at Nagasaki Port. I’ve
been wanting to go to Goto for a long time, so this time it’s my wish.
How many islands are there? However, this time we will be traveling around Fukue Island and
will be introducing the Nagasaki Port toilets. There are two toilets on each floor on the 1st and 2nd floors. The toilets are clean and spacious, and they are all like this. There are
many islands in the Goto Islands, so there are many other I thought about going to the islands, but I would have to use a boat as a means of transportation.It would
take at least a week if I wanted to go around all of them, so since it’s my first time there, I’d like to go around Fukue and see what it’s
like.Nagasaki The port is stylish. It’s almost time for departure, so I go up to the second floor.
There aren’t any bulletin boards or announcements. For some reason, it feels like it’s time, so people gather
around. It looks like there’s a line, so I’ll join in too
. We go through the ticket gate and board the ship. When we get on the ship, the first thing we see is a line of vending machines. Tickets are 2nd class, so head there.
This will be the 2nd class cabin. We will each have a free place in any available space. I I think I’ll put it near the window.It’s spacious.This is the
rear deck.If you
go up the stairs further, you can go to the front deck.Unlike the rear, there aren’t many chairs, but it’s spacious. Hey,
that’s where we boarded the ship.This is the view from the other side.If you go to the front, you’ll see the sailors busily preparing for the departure soon.It was interesting to see the
preparations for departure on the previous Yakushima ferry ride. Let’s take a look.

them, the ferry is by far the cheapest.In the
case of Yakushima, the ferry was more likely to be canceled, but this time it is better than the ferry. It seems that jets are more likely to be cancelled.
Unlike planes, you don’t need to make advance reservations, so they’re easier to use.
The downside is that they take a long time, but this time I traveled a lot from Kagoshima to Kumamoto, then Saga and Nagasaki, so it’s a bit I ‘m taking a break on a boat.I
like relaxing while looking at the ocean like this because it feels like traveling.I feel like that’s the real pleasure of traveling.I did
most of the sightseeing in Nagasaki city right after the coronavirus ended, so this time I’ll do some sightseeing. I wanted to go wherever I wanted to go, so I skipped sightseeing in Nagasaki and decided to take the ferry.However,
sightseeing in Nagasaki city is also fun.There are many churches and stylish cafes.Isn’t Chinatown bigger than I expected?It’s delicious. You can eat Champon.The
10 million dollar night view from Mt. Inasa in Nagasaki is also amazing.The
ship is moving steadily towards Megami Ohashi Bridge.There are many large gray ships lined up along the way.There are
many shipyards in this area. Nagasaki has a ria-style coast like this, with deep coves and calm waves, making it suitable for building large ships.There are many shipbuilding companies built by famous companies.If you make a reservation, you can even take a tour
. Since we can’t do that, let’s do our
best.Nagasaki Port, where we were earlier, is close to the city and very easy to get to.If you’re
sightseeing in Nagasaki and heading to Goto, it’s in a location where you can easily get there.If you take
a plane, the airport is Omura. It’s located in a place called Nagasaki City, about 40 minutes by car from Nagasaki city, but it’s a bit inconvenient to fly
there. Megami Ohashi Bridge is getting closer, so
how about taking a photo at the shutter point?
Even if you cross the bridge by car, you can’t see under the bridge.Now, let’s
go back inside the ship and give you a tour of the ship.When you get on the
ship and go to the right, there is a restroom.Introducing the restroom.There is a baby corner and a vomiting area. It was very beautiful.It was a little bit like an island ship, but if it’s a ship, the door is magnetic, so it doesn’t move because it sways with the ship, but it’s normal.If you live further back, there is a first
class cabin.This ship This one floor is a guest room.Also, it seems to be a relatively new ship that entered service in 2012.Maybe because
the time on board is short, there is no cafeteria or shop, only the vending machines I mentioned earlier.What
I thought was nice was that Even in 2nd class, you can use blankets and pillows for free, and there is also Wi-Fi, which depends on the model, but in my case I couldn’t connect for about an hour in the middle of the ocean, but I was fine with being able to use it in other places
