開花宣言が栃木でもあったので近場からぶらぶらとポタリング
3月31日時点ではまだ満開な場所は無かったです
暖かい天気が続けば一気に開花してくれればいいな

Flowering was declared in Tochigi as well, so I wandered around from nearby.
As of March 31st, there were still no places in full bloom.
I wonder if it will bloom all at once if the warm weather continues
